You have chosen well if you are to have any construction work carried out by Chris Williams and his team. We have had two houses constructed by his team and were heavily involved in the construction of a third. They gave us plenty of warning when we needed to decide things like fittings, paint colours etc and they chased us up if the delay in our decisions was going to impact their completion date. They are a very approachable team who are happy to work closely with you to resolve or clarify any issues that may arise during the pricing, construction, and post construction periods. In all our building with Wally Williams Constructions we have found them to be most accommodating, easy to work with and honest in all their dealings.
