Wally Williams Constructions Pty Ltd (WWC), established in 1977 is a second generation, family owned & operated business, building within the residential & commercial market place of South East Queensland.

 

We’re local, authentic & we love building!

 

Our core business is custom residential homes, boutique renovations & townhouse developments. But over the decades, WWC has grown into a company with an impressive portfolio, containing a variety of residential, commercial & community projects. This success is attributable to the team of exceptional staff employed & subcontractors engaged. This highly skilled team is managed by Chris Williams with wife Cheralynn, who own & operate the business.

As a result of striving to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction, much of our work is derived from referrals by past clients. In over 45 years, WWC has never had a disciplinary action or directive to rectify registered against them by the QBCC. This is a testament to the quality of our delivery & customer focus. & with an open builders license & a Master Builders member since 1981, there’s the peace of mind that your builder is licensed, qualified & has the support of Master Builder’s Association.

Our History

Housing trends have come & gone over the decades but if there’s one lesson we’ve learned, it’s that building is less about “building” & more about people. We strive to be builders who listen, serve, guide & equip. We want to build together! We’re someone you can trust to take your problem & turn it into a dream home.

 

Wally Williams Constructions have been building projects like this for over 45 years.

1973

Wally Williams Began his Career

1977

WWC founded by Wally & Fay

1979

BSA issued WWC house building license

1981

WWC became a member of QLD Master Builders

1989

Chris started work at WWC

1991

Chris completed a Bachelor of Applied Science in Construction Management degree

1992

BSA issued Chris building license

1995

BSA issued WWC open building license

1996

WWC moved into new (current) office building

2007

Chris & Cher became new owners of WWC

2017

WWC turns 40
